MOST: The Safety & Training Arm of the Boilermakers ~ 1-800-395-1089

Founded in 1989, MOST (Mobilization, Optimization, Stabilization and Training) manages 17 programs to enhance Boilermaker safety, readiness and availability, job skills and leadership.

The MOST Programs – Mobilization, Optimization, Stabilization and Training – are designed to increase the skill levels of all Boilermakers, and provide value to the Owners and Contractors who employ them. Since its inception, MOST Programs have resulted in a 90% reduction in OSHA recordable injuries. The 17 programs that comprise MOST were developed and designed specifically for the Boilermaker trade and are categorized in one of four dedicated components based on their intent.
